What we collect

The only way to submit information to us is through the contact form on this website. When you submit that form, we collect:

• Property address: the street address of the home you're inquiring about
• Your name
• Phone number
• Email address
• Situation (optional): a general category describing your circumstances
• Timeline (optional): how soon you're considering selling

The form also contains a hidden field used to detect automated spam submissions. That field is never stored or used for any other purpose.

We do not collect payment information. We do not require account creation. Optional analytics are off by default and are never given your form responses or other lead information.

How we use it

We use your submission exclusively to respond to your inquiry about selling your property. Specifically:

• To follow up with you about the property you described
• To understand the property and your situation well enough to discuss what we might offer
• To schedule a conversation if you want one

We do not use your information for marketing purposes beyond this specific inquiry. We do not add you to any mailing list. We do not send newsletters or promotional communications.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your information to third parties. We do not share it with data brokers, marketing platforms, or advertising networks.

Your submission is stored in a secure database associated with this website. Access is limited to the people responsible for reviewing and responding to inquiries. If a transaction proceeds, standard title and escrow companies will be involved as required by law: but that's a separate process with its own documentation, not an extension of this form submission.

How long we keep it

Submissions are retained while we may have an active or potential conversation about the property. If you'd like your submission removed from our records, you can request deletion by using the contact form and noting that request explicitly. We will confirm and remove it.

Optional analytics

This website offers an optional, privacy-respecting analytics feature powered by Google Analytics 4 (Google LLC). Analytics are off by default: they are not loaded or activated unless you explicitly choose to accept them using the notice that appears on your first visit, or the preference controls below.

If you accept analytics, Google Analytics collects:

• The pages you visit on this site and how you navigate between them
• General information about how you arrived (search, direct link, etc.)
• Device type and approximate geographic region (country or state level)

Analytics are configured with the following privacy settings:

• No Google Signals: your activity on this site is not linked to your Google account or activity on other sites
• No advertising features: no ad targeting, remarketing, or ad personalization

What is never sent to Google Analytics: your name, phone number, email address, property address, form field values, situation category, timeline, or any other information you enter into the contact form. Events sent to Google Analytics contain no personally identifying or sensitive lead information.

Your analytics preference is stored locally in your browser. It is not sent to us or to Google. You can change your preference at any time using the controls below; withdrawing consent stops further analytics events immediately.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or behavioral analytics by default. No third-party tracking scripts are loaded unless you accept optional analytics above.

If you accept analytics, Google Analytics may set cookies to distinguish visits and measure usage patterns on this site only. These cookies do not track you across other websites and are not used for advertising. The website may also set a session cookie for technical functionality, but no personally identifiable data is stored in it.
